link about how to peel an onion. I've been chopping onions for a lot of years now, and I mostly use this method, but I never knew about how to make the "joiny end" work
for me as I chop until now. I've been trying to hold the thing together in my hand as I chop closer and closer to my fingers and as the onion falls more and more apart the closer I get to the end. So, at any rate, I've been ignorant. In case you need to know, too...
